Cancellation Policy
I fully understand that things happen and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Clients failing to do so will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. In certain situations( illness or family emergency) this fee will be used as a deposit for your next appointment. This deposit will go towards your next service and can only be transferred once. If you cancel (without 48 hour notice) or no show, this deposit will be forfeited.
